Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@acrolocks.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@acrolocks.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Warranty Policy
Warranty: A 30 day limited warranty is included with our items. This period starts from the date receiving the order. If any hardware related issue occurs within this period we will repair, replace or refund the item for you.
Returns Policy
Refunds & Returns: If an item arrives defective you must email me within the warranty period and we will attempt to troubleshoot. If an item needs repair or replacement we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the device back to us (return shipping is not refundable). We can either, refund, repair or replace/exchange the device for you.
Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts. My technicians are experienced and will detect any attempts that the item was misused, opened or tampered with. If this is the case, I will count it as fraud and the proper authorities will be notified.
Not satisfied for any reason, need tech support, or experiencing any issues? Please contact us. We accept returns up to 14 after delivery.
Sealed New items must be unopened. Otherwise has a restocking fee of 25%.
Used items can be returned for most reasons, including if you no longer want the item.
NO return if device is modified or warranty sticker is removed. Liquid, misuse, accidental damage is also not covered.
We inspect all returns for matching serial numbers, defects and damages.
If the item is not as described or is damaged in shipping, we will pay for return shipping.
